چکیده
Background: The inflammatory process is influenced by chemical mediators such as nitric oxide (NO), cytokines, and arachidonic acid metabolites. Currently, herbal treatment techniques are preferred the public because they generally do not cause side effects. therapeutic effect of plants comes from content phytochemicals that have strong antioxidant activity. Objective study was to examine phytochemical anti-inflammatory effects Cananga odorata. Methodology: this research a two-stage research, namely in vitro vivo tests. Many previous studies proven activity only related but also its ability suppress production pro-inflammatory cytokines. This still being developed using variety plants. One whose been studied field health-medicine ylang flower. odorata (Annonaceae) or flower plant tropical has fragrant petals thrives without requiring special care. Results were total phenol 1,06 %w/w IC50 DPPH spectrophotometric examination 808.86 ppm. These results show good extract. Research rats showed decrease blood glucose levels lipid profiles. Furthermore, toxicity test did any experimental rats. Histological appearances no differences cardiovascular disease model mice with standard-feeding mice. Conclusions: ethanol extract on histopatology white rat heart.

Heavy metal poisoning is a serious threat in the world of industrialization as almost all the industries use heavy metals in one or the other way. These heavy metals do harm to vitals such as liver, kidney, lung and blood. Liver is the site of biotransformation of xenobiotic substances. Liver is thus the most affected affected organs of the body. The present study highlights toxic stress of mer...

متن کاملHISTOPATHOLOGY OF SPLEEN OF RAT ( ) FED ON DOSES OF SODIUM FLUORIDE Rattus norvegicus
Water is indispensable and one of the precious natural resource of this planet. Ground water is an important source of water supply throughout the world. Fluoride poisoning arises from drinking fluoride rich ground water. Our present experiment was designed to study the efficacy of NaF on the splenocytes and its role in immunogenic response. The albino rats were taken for the experiment and ran...

Chlorpyrifos, an organophosphate insecticide of phosphorothioate group was orally administered to male rats at the doses of 3, 6 and 9 mg kg(-1) d(-1) for 90 days. Animals exposed to high dose (9 mg kg(-1) d(-1)) showed signs of toxicity including piloerection, diarrhoea, nose and eye bleeding, reduced body weight and death of animals. Organ weight ratio of different vital organs did not show a...
متن کاملVolatile organic compound emissions from different stages of Cananga odorata flower development.
Headspace-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) was used to identify the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of the different flower development stages of Cananga odorata for the evaluation of floral volatile polymorphism as a basis to determine the best time of harvest. Electronic nose results, coupled with discriminant factor analysis, suggested that e...
